Environment

Two Acres has a continuous programme of improving the Home environment. In 2013 we closed down Heather Unit refurbished it entirely. It was reopened as Iris Unit in August 2013.

The Home aims to provide a homely yet safe environment for all the residents. The choice of colours, fabrics and is carefully made, keeping in mind the type of clients we are looking after.

We encourage residents to bring in small sentimental items, and pictures to personalise their bedroom space. Any large item or any furniture may be brought in, if appropriate, after discussion with the Manager.
